Root & Rise was built on a simple truth: sustainable franchise growth doesn’t happen by chance. It happens when the right systems are in place.
After years leading development for emerging and established brands, I saw the same challenge again and again. Brands weren’t just missing leads. They were missing the foundation to grow well—broken CRMs, outdated campaigns, no clear buyer journey, and no real process behind the pitch.
I knew we could build what was missing. I partnered with Willem van Daalen and Islam Tawfik, two brilliant product builders and automation experts, to create something different. A boutique team that embeds inside your brand like an extension of your leadership team, builds the custom infrastructure you need, and powers it all with smart technology and AI, without losing the human connection that makes franchising work.
